APPOINTMENTS: Appointing Members Into The Board Of The Organization To Fill Up Vacant Posts

[July 8, 2019 - Yaounde] The president of HELP Foundation, on Monday July 5, 2019, appointed some members of the organization to fill up some vacant positions, which have never been occupied since the organization was created. The move, which is constitutional, is to meet up with the challenges and advancement that the organization has attained so far.
SECTION ONE:-
Mindful of Reference No.001/07/HF/GA/SG/M of 18th July 2019, explaining the Minutes of the First General Assembly held on 14 July 2019 in Yaoundé, creating a Health Humanitarian Organization called HELP Foundation - Health Empowerment by a Loving People;
Mindful of the signatories of the aforementioned Reference, referencing some members to posts of responsibilities;
Mindful of Reference No.02/07/19/HF/P/A and "Décharge" No.3723/22/2019, applying for a certificate of recognition by the prefecture of Mfoundi;
Mindful of Reference No.03/07/19/HF/SG/PR holding the Second Annual General Meeting of the Organization in Yaoundé;
Mindful of Article 3(10) of the Constitution, stipulating the organization and functions of the top brand executive and others;
Mindful of Part 2 Article 8 of the Constitution, explaining the modalities of membership;
Mindful of Part 5 Article 17(b) explaining the termination of post of responsibility;
Mindful of the zeal and commitment shown in serving our communities;
Mindful of the Decision of the Second General Assembly, held on July 27, 2019, urging the president to appoint members to fill up vacant posts within the Organization;
The following duly registered members are hereby appointed into the Executive Board of HELP Foundation under the following offices:-
CENTRAL EXECUTIVE
1. VICE PRESIDENT: Madam MBOLLE Gwendolin
2. SPOKESPERSON: Madam MANDA Magieline AKONWAH
GENERAL SECRETARIAT
3. VICE SECRETARY GENERAL: LUM Christabel AMBE
4. ADMINISTRATIVE/FINANCIAL DIRECTOR: AYUK Marylin
PROJECT DEPARTMENT
5. ASSISTANT PROGRAM COORDINATOR: CHAPAJONG Carinton NGULEFAC
SECTION TWO:-
The appointees will benefit from the privileges attached to their positions, and they must adhere to their various duties and responsibilities as of the date of signature of this letter.
The appointees should immediately contact their office heads and work in collaboration with them.
